Monday Night Auditions

This has been difficult - casting the characters. There are several factors I am using - I had feedback from crew; I am weighi9ng acting over singing; I am looking at experience; I am looking at people who volunteer to help with theatre whether it is cleaning dressing rooms, working with younger students, creating dance routines – people who give 100% without asking for anything in return. Still, I have not made a decision. I wrote the actors down, then reconsidered. I am sleeping on it.
